Our typical customer is an emerging and ambitious brand operating on Shopify and/or Amazon, and wanting the kind of data-driven decision-making that's usually only available to brands with dedicated analytics teams.  If you're still running on gut feel, spreadsheets, or a collection of siloed point tools, Nudge is built for you.

How do I get started?

Once your account is set up, you'll connect your Shopify store and/or Amazon Seller Central account. Nudge then begins pulling in your data and Nelly starts building your decision inbox. Most customers see their first meaningful insights within 24–48 hours of connecting their channels.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Customers who pay annually receive a 30% discount on the monthly rate. Annual billing is available on all plans.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you're unsure which plan is right for your business, email us and we'll help you choose.

Yes. Nudge structures and anonymizes your business data before it is processed. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Initial data ingestion typically completes within a few hours of connecting your channels. Nelly's first recommendations usually appear within 24–48 hours, once enough signal has been established to generate meaningful insights.

Can I connect more than one Shopify store or Amazon account?

Multi-account support is available on Scale and Enterprise plans. If you manage more than one brand or storefront, contact us to discuss the right setup for your business.

How does Nelly decide what to recommend?

Nelly uses a multi-layer reasoning process. It first understands your business context. Then, Nelly unifies signals from all your connected channels into a coherent view of your business. It then analyses what has changed, reviews it against best-practice playbooks from leading e-commerce operators, and suggests the next-best actions available to you.

Is Nelly a generic AI or built specifically for e-commerce?

Nelly is purpose-built for e-commerce. It is not a general-purpose AI assistant applied to commerce data. Its reasoning is structured around the operational realities of running a multi-channel consumer brand, including pricing, inventory, advertising, content, and customer behavior.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Nudge until that date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. We can also invoice customers on Enterprise and Scale plans. Contact us to discuss payment options.

Where can I access my invoices?

Invoices are available in your account settings under Billing. If you need a specific invoice or have a billing query, contact us at support@meetnudge.com.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page to reset your password via email. If you're locked out or experiencing other access issues, contact us and we'll help you get back in.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@meetnudge.com with as much detail as possible: what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots are welcome. We treat all bug reports seriously and will follow up with you directly.
